Using is a whole piece of tube casted by a professtional steel and aluminum casting plant.

We will check all the dimensions according to customer confirmed drawing, surface roughness,straightness,dynamic
balance,cylindricity and so on.

During the production process we always put precision as the most important thing.We lathe twice and we make the mechanical calibration twice.This is because precision will affect the printing result.
Concentricity is related to the effect of your printing. Our production technology can control the concentricity between 0-15 microns.

We have the quality control system during the whole production from the very beginning to the end and our principle is to make sure each roller is qualified.
 

Factory production process

A. We will do dynamic balance test twice on each cylinders to make sure every cylinder is qualified.
B. We work by elaborate processing to make sure the dimension accuracy and the surface roughness.
C. The cylinders should have enough stiffness to make sure the bending deflection is not over the allowable value under heavy pressure.
D. The surface of cylinder should obtain enough harness. Normally it can be over HRC50 with strong corrosion resistance.
