We are a conglomerate enterprise specializing in the production of printing equipment rollers, including engraving rollers, plate cylinders, embossing rollers, and rubber rollers. Our group consists of six subsidiaries, with JCTPRINT (Jinan) Co., Ltd. Responsible for international business and technical support for customers within Shandong province.
The other five subsidiaries are located in Zibo (gravure rollers), Qingzhou (flexographic printing rollers), Shanghai (ceramic anilox rollers), Wenzhou (aluminum guide rollers and air shafts), and Guangzhou (rubber rollers).
Currently, our various companies occupy over 70% of the domestic market, with our main exported products being anilox rollers, plate cylinders, rubber rollers, and air expansion shafts. Among them, the sales revenue of anilox rollers reached $3 million USD in 2022, and plate cylinders reached $2 million USD.
Now let′s focus on introducing two types of products: Anilox rollers and plate cylinders. Both anilox rollers and plate cylinders come in shafted and sleeved versions, which are used in regular flexographic printers and satellite flexographic printers, respectively. We started producing shafted versions 15 years ago and began mass production of sleeved versions 5 years ago. Currently, our products are highly mature and well-received in the market.
